Coaching: Cooperation Coachee-LMBW-Employer


Even if the coaching is initialized and paid for by your company, the actual coaching relationship exists between the employee and LMBW.

We discuss the respective ideas, wishes and potential goals beforehand. This results in a short written agreement, which is signed by the person concerned, the representatives of the company and LMBW. We also agree by whom and to what extent the manager or the responsible HR person will be informed.
